SUPPORT/QUESTIONS
craftfair@stjoecot.org

  • Purchase entries for the online portion of the raffle will only be accepted online on this website. When you purchase a ‘virtual ticket’ and assign it to a prize (basket), you are entering for a “chance to win” that one prize (basket). There will be only 1 winner for each prize basket selected from online/virtual and in-person Craft Fair entries.

  • Virtual Tickets will be combined with physical tickets (purchased & assigned) at the in-person Craft Fair) and a winning ticket for each prize basket will be drawn randomly by Craft Fair staff or designee.
** Prizes must be picked up in person at the Craft Fair (Sat. Oct. 10th) or we will arrange for you to pick them up at mutually agreed time and place. We are unable to ship prizes.

  • You must be 21 years old or older to play, and for any liquor-related prize, you must pick up the prize in person and show a valid ID to verify your birth date.

  • Ticket pricing varies depending on the quantity purchased (view ticket information). For each purchase, there is a 7.5% credit card fee added to a purchase (e.g. $0.75 per $10 purchase)

  • You may purchase online tickets multiple times while the raffle is active (10/5/2026 up until 10/9/2025 at 7:00pm CT). For additional information, email us at craftfair@stjoeot.org  (add to Subject line: Online Raffle)
